The fourth issue of Yuri Shimai. Many of the same mangaka return.

In chapter 4 of Hayashiya Shizuru's "Strawberry Shake," Saeki gets sick and quite a few people, Julia and Ran included, come to pay her a visit. Will they make her illness better or worse?
"Sandals," by Takahashi Mako, is about a girl who has a crush on her best friend.
In Zaou Taishi and Eiki Eiki's "She-wolf," a new transfer student becomes the target of the infamous "she-wolf" of St. Theresa Girls' Academy. This story takes place at the same school as "Expressions of Love" (from Yuri Shimai 2) but focuses on different characters. The storyline continues on--again with a focus on different characters, and under different names ("First Kiss," about two teachers at the school, and "Little Red Riding Hood Strikes Back," which is about the characters in "Expressions of Love" and "She-wolf")--in subsequent issues of Yuri Shimai/Hime. "She-wolf" contains some mature content.
"Swear," by Muttri Moony, is a very short one-shot based on the video game Akai Ito (Red Thread).
In "Wishing on a Star" by Himawari Souya, two friends deal with grief.
Morinaga Milk's "The Summer Closest to Heaven" tells the story of a ghost who accidentally possesses a girl, then takes advantage of the situation to interact with the woman she loves.
"Sapphism no Gensou," by Koume Keito, is based on the game of the same name.
"The Little Mermaid," by Ruri Hozuki and Sakura Shio, is a yuri version of the fairy tale by the same name. It's an illustrated text story.
Kuramoto Kaya's "Visitor on a Moonlit Night" is a surprisingly sweet ghost story.
Fujieda Miyabi's "The Caged Miko and the Whimsical Witch" depicts a romance between-- you guessed it-- a miko and a witch. In the first chapter, Letty, the witch, ends up playing the knight in shining armor to Tsumugi, a young woman magically bound to her family's shrine. Note: We scanlated this chapter from the version printed in Yuri Shimai 4. If you own the tankoubon of this manga, you may notice some minor differences between the two versions. We'll be scanlating all future chapters from the tankoubon version.
