In the title story of Morishima Akiko's A Lapis-Lazuli Blue Dream collection, a woman sleeps with her co-worker one night. Both are interested in more, but there's something standing in the way: the protagonist's dreams for the future.
"Lovesick Over My Best Friend," the next story in Kazuma Kowo's Pure Water Adolescence series, focuses on two side characters. Note: There is an extra for this story in Sayuri-hime 3.
